Poor quality picture frames - unable to return

I purchased 2 wooden picture frames from mr price home , the glass was so week that it literally broke as I opened the packaging... I bought this frame twice and experience the same thing. I was very disappointed and I raised this concern on Facebook where I contacted them but nothing was done to resolve my issue I wasted R300 on frames and now it cannot be returned
