Poor quality and customer support

I bought the premium feather down scatter cousins and am disgusted in the quality after spending R500 each

I have feathers all over my couch all the time and the feathers smell so bad as well.

After complaining about this and even sending photos of my couch covered in feathers I was told that I could not be helped further as I did not have POP.

I unfortunately did not preempt that these “premium” pillows could be of such poor quality and that Mr Price would claim them to be part of the “premium” range. False claims and poor customer service . What a *******
