Poor quality

Bought mirrors from mr price home dont have the slip as its geen over a year all 3 mirrors cracked as frames bended I spend R799 a mirror and phone the mr price complaint center went to the glen stor cant help . Phone again the complain center send them photos and advice me to go through to my neatest store. Phone again the help line and they put me through to the mall of the south store. They told me to come in on Saturday which is today and now they say they cant help the manager is off after they told me to come in. They say now they need to take pictures and send it to the area manager. I've send the pics already . Sending me up and down. This product brick did to poor quality. The wood bend and that causes the mirrors to crack.
