Poor online system
Money deducted from my account but order processing failed.
I purchase a world globe the process failed after entering my card my card details.
I checked the bank statement and the money was deducted , I contacted the call center and i was given the ref no. CRSCD17C1.
When i followed up I was told no details found. i sent them my bank statement that show that the money was deducted from MRPRICE Group but no response till now
