Poor online service

After going against my gut feeling of buying online again with you, as we had a bad experience in the past... I thought I'd give you guys another chance. Again I'm left disappointed, having to follow up daily just to be mislead and still not have what was supposed to be delivered on Monday. Don't get me wrong I fully understand delays and issues happen, but just be open about it and communicate and update me as the client. I phoned daily being told the item will be delivered that day at my house. When in fact it just arrived at the delivery company today 29.07.2021. How do I know this? I ended up calling the delivery company myself to confirm the where about of my item. Really poor service I will never buy online from you guys again, don't think I shop at all with you guys again overall. I'm still not sure as to when I'll receive the item as the delivery company could only say today or tomorrow... so let's wait and see.
