POOR ONLINE SERVICE

I am totally disgusted in the online service. I tried to do purchasers online because that is the new normal, however their delivery charge is ridiculous R400-00 really after doing a purchase for R2200-00. So i called through to see if the items can be delivered to the store as you would know many stores allow you to. but with them it is such a long process. I am go to the store and let them do the order??? really in these times?? I cannot believe this I am applaud. Guess Mr Price will be losing a customer they need to get with the times.
