Poor online and customer service from Mr Price Home

Mr price home customer care is so poor.I bought a Comforter Set online, only for MPHome to deliver a wrong product.How does one confuse a Comforter Set with a duvet cover? I emailed them but there was no response. I then called and logged a complaint, then later asked for feedback on email again, which they never rep****. More than 24 hours later I called them , only to be told that that they are not sure whether they will Credit my account or they will send the correct order so I have to wait for a few days...meanwhile I have a cover that I do not need. I always buy online from other retailers and online platforms but this is the worst online service I have ever received
