POOR ONLINE AFTER-SALES SERVICE!
Usually I love shopping at Mr Price Home but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM! I ordered 2x Large baskets... Just to receive 1 Large and the other fitted in there and was a medium size. So now I have paid for something I can not use! I can NOT go to the shops (hence the online order) and they told me to return it to the shop. I will not! I think if I can pay for delivery and THEY MESS UP not me... THEY should fix it. I have MANY reference numbers with promises to fix the issue. Guess what... NOTHING! SO FED UP! Its taking a lot of time from my side to sort out THEIR MISTAKE!
GUES WHAT... Just to get NOWHERE!
