poor leadership
Just shopped at Mr Price Woodmead. My partner was waiting to pay after me and asked one of the staff members of he could pay. She responded VERY rudely and said 'I'm not a cashier, I'm a supervisor'

Thereafter another lady joined the queue behind my partner and the 'supervisor' asked a gentlemen who was sitting behind the counter to assist her (my boyfriend still hadn't been helped yet, and I was still busy cashing up)

Just a few points to Mr Price Home
- how do you select such poorly qualified staff members as leaders?
- do you not provide training for your staff on customer service?
- surely staff should be willing to help customers regardless of their title? Especially when they are literally standing around doing nothing.
- all customers are the same regardless of race. Staff who help out white customers before non-white customers obviously need to be taught that biased behavior is not appropriate.
