POOR DISGUSTING SERVICE

I purchased a baby cot online via Mr Price home, the cot was worn off; the paint was peeling and it had rust. I logged a call and opted for a refund. They sent me another cot for replacement and I rejected it. After WHOLE TWO WEEKS GOING BACK AND FORTH, PILLAR TO POST, THEY FINALLY ISSUED A VOUCHER. I did not use a voucher to buy the cot, therefore I want a refund, not a voucher. MR PRICE your service is poor and disgusting and you ******* people online with your cheap quality but expensive products. I want my refund ASAP.
