Poor delivery and customer service

Made a door to door delivery delivery. Got sent an invalid link to track my parcel. Tried to reach customer service and the lady named Yvonne sent me link of a very old order from the year 2024. Got sent another link again after enquiring, only to see that my order hasn't been moved in days, four days to be exact still stuck in one place. Up until now I haven't gotten my order and it is still not moving according to the link I was given to track it.
