Poor customer service Mr price home did not deliver my goods

I have ordered a bed worth R 3500 with delivery Mr price home i paid at mr price home wonderboom pretoria the group promised to deliver on Tuesday the 17th latest till today I have not received the goods that I have purchased I have not received any communications at all I am the one who must call them and follow up, imagine such incompetancy from such a big group.
