Poor customer service & inefficient online system
On 31 July I purchased items online and then the money was deducted from my account but my order status says canceled. I have called my bank and they say the money is hanging from their side and now I hacked contacted them 3 times already and still no answers if anything my matter keeps being escalated and 8 days later I don’t have my money and my order still canceled.
