Poor customer service and Feedback: MrP Home Ballito Junction

Doing a refund at Mr Price home Ballito has been the worst experience ever. I did a refund 2 weeks ago for the value of R599 and till today that money hasn’t been credited back to my account. The worst thing about them is that they don’t communicate. It would be nice if they communicate more even when the situation is not sorted but to just take down my cell number and credentials and just keep quiet that’s really cold.

It gives me the impression that as long as you’ve purchased at Mr Price then they’ve done their part but not understanding that taking care of an existing customer is easier than finding new ones. You follow up ensure that the end user doesn’t feel neglected like how I am
