Poor customer service and broken goods

I ordered a chest of drawers online. It was delivered but the one metal drawer runner was bent so that drawer couldn't be used. I called 9 times and emails about 6 times. They kept making promises and lying about delivery dates for the new runner. The manager, Dalene called me once and promised to keep me updated which she never did. Which doesn't surprise me as there was not one comeptent person who could deal with my query. I had to call today and cancel my order and tell them to collect the entire unit that I've already built! I'm absolutely disgusted at the service I've received from Mr Price online.
