Poor customer service!!!

I am struggling with these people!!! Someone is management please helppp!!!!!!!

1. They sent out damaged laundry baskets and the courier informed me they can’t deliver them as they are damaged.

To cut the long story short, I’ve been having a run around with the customer care department since Tuesday, they don’t seem to know their job and no one has resolved my query or given me anything tangible.

I now want my refund
