Poor customer service!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Your agents are least helpful and have no idea what your protocols are. Seems like there is no communication between Mr Price and the couriers! First I get a bed for assembly with the wrong ***** set. 2 weeks later I get a bed without the mattress!!! Now do I wait another 2 weeks for the delivery of the mattress? I have sent numerous emails seeking some kind of assistance to no avail. Not even a phone call or acknowledgement of my emails!
