Poor Customer service

I am so irritated by the service l got at Mr Price Home Maponya mall 1.there was no one to assist me at the Sales floor. 2.there was no till operator at the till podium l waited for assistance no one showed up 3.l went to look for the till operator at their staff room 4.The till operator (Sibongile Simla) dragged her feet to the podium I do not appreciate such service.
