Poor customer service

Went to Mr Price home middleburg mall to buy some chairs, the customer service was poor. I literally waited for the guy who was suppose to help me and he took his time and didn't even communicated with me that he was busy or refer me to another person. I was left hanging, not attended and he was not even bothered.
