Poor customer service

I was served by a lady called Nosiphiwo Arosi at the till, she processed my transaction. As I was punching in my pin she ran for a colleague that was going to fruit and veg and left me standing there without apologising or saying anything to me. I waited until another lady from another till came to help me, as I left the store she was talking to the security as if nothing had happened and still said nothing. I tried calling the number on my slip twice and there was no answer. I am angry at the kind of service I got and really do not expect such treatment as a customer. The number I called is ********** 731.
