Poor customer service

I recently bought some curtains, unfortunately had to return the one as it was defective. With a telephonic enquiry from Klerksdorp mrp home I was told that the Mall of Africa branch has 7 in stock. I drove there only to find out they have none. What then followed was a rude and arrogant supervisor, who introduced himself to me as the manager, said it was the other MRP mistake and I shouldnt have driven here. One of the ladies working in the store gave me the code of the curtain and that was it, didn't try to help me further. The store manager has already gone home and wasn't answering her phone. I insist that MRP sorts this out and locate me a pair of curtains and refund me for all the trouble. Especially because this supervisor was extremely rude and spoke a different language to the other lady regarding my query. Katelgo Molaodi is his name. The missing manager is bongi makibile.
