Poor customer service

I went there at Mrp Eastgate to exchange an item I bought with an account and I didn’t have the receipt cause I accidentally lost it. The lady at the POS told me that I should take things that add up to the same amount as what I was returning when I only wanted 1 thing because I didn’t have a receipt. She spoke in a disrespectful tone as if she was low-key shouting at me and she was annoyed of actually doing what she’s hired to do. I ended up taking things I didn’t want.
