Poor customer service Mr Price home highveld mall witbank they were busy chatting I needed to buy a gift voucher for my friend explained to them i that friend is in Cape Town I need it to be fone electronically all one lady responded no we can't assist buy the voucher online explained to her I've been trying to do it no luck Can she then assist me she said 'I don't know how to do it' my understanding when you work for a company you are a ambassador of that company lack of product knowledge, lack of customer service, not willing to empathis with the client, Giving a client I don't care attitude. I asked if do they have manager on store they said No then Supervisor one of the ladies by the Name Nonhlahla she was not willing to help then i decided to go to Mr PRICE Sport for help Two ladies were friendly they assisted me you could see empathy
