Poor customer service

<p>On Saturday I visited the Design Quarter branch to get a few items. When I got home however I noticed there were a few items that were rang up twice and I decided to go back to the store the next day. There were 3items I also wanted to return as I was not happy with them.</p> <p>I was told to return later as the store did not have cash. I left. I then tried calling numerous times to check if I could return to get a refund. I called and called but no answer.</p> <p>Today is Monday and I have been trying the line but it stays engaged. I got a cell number ( ********** ) from the website and spoke to a lady who said she was not at the shop but she would get someone from the store to give me a call back.</p> <p>I am still waiting ....</p> <p> </p>
