Poor couch quality

I bought the Melbourne 3 Seater Water Repellent Sofa less than two months ago from MRP Home Retail Crossing, Roodepoort. The couch now has one broken leg, another thing I wasn't aware of is that the middle leg doesn't touch the floor so it doesn't offer support. This was my third MRP Home couch buy and by far the worst. I'd send a complaint on their site but the last time I did, no one bothered to even contact me!
