Poor communication & refund outstanding

On 08 0ctober I purchased pedestals online which were delivered to the store. One was dented and retuned back to warehouse. Firstly it took Mr price 3 week to tell me this after I had to hunt them down. Then I was told I would get refunded in 5-7 working days. Still nothing it’s been almost 15 days. The communication is poor I still have not received my money or any update. My emails do not get responded to. I am so frustrated.
