Poor Communication
It's so frustrating that there are no customers communication with regards to our online orders. If there are any delays why can't we be notified. Kante where do you ship your products from hence they take weeks to be delivered? It's so frustrating cause you guys sent the email that my products are on the way 4 days ago! Even up to now! Since I placed an order on the 19th May its already June! Or is the person delivering my products lost!?
