Poor Communication and Service

Hi, im UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED with the ******* service received from Mr Price home and its courier services City Couriers. I ordered a couch and was destined for delivery yesterday (Friday 27th July) however this was part shipped. I called the store where i done the online purchase for this product and they said City Couriers has the other part. They were to call City Couriers and have it delivered Saturday morning as i have visitors at 12 and already sold my existing couch. On the Saturday morning i received a call from Neilin from City Couriers just to be advised that the 2nd part of the couch has been damaged and will not be delivered today. NO ONE could have told me this prior to today (Saturday) and now im sitting with an incomplete couch with visitors coming over. This is BS!

The Level of service is so shocking that i will NEVER buy at Mr Price Home again!!

Please attend to this urgently!!! I want my fully paid for 2nd piece no later than Tuesday 31st July or come and collect the first part and credit me in full.
