Poor Business

Mr Price Home changed their gift voucher policy. Previously you could use them online, in fact when you buy a gift voucher it states on the card that you can use it online. However when you try - it does not work. I contacted customer services and got told it would not work, no other option presented and the chat was promptly ended before I could ask any follow up questions. So I waited in the que again. I have all the information about my voucher that they can validate it - can they swap it out for one I can use online? No. Policy changed, nothing done to indicate to customers online where you can fill in your voucher information that this change has taken place. Terrible customer service.
