Please get me a key for the cupboard

So I buy the last unit from the store (display unit) - mirror with some packing space behind it when you open it and it can swivel on the base. The unit can lock - when they wrapped it they removed the key and did not include that with the unit (noticed that when I got home and unwrapped the unit) - now I have a R2070 unit that I cannot open. They don't seem to acknowledge that I never got a key and nobody answers the phone - this after my wife has already been there to get the keys (where they handed her keys that are wrong).<br> <br> I do not get how these guys can think customers have time to wast and will just be happy with any bad service. I will not go to the shop again (as I do not take kindly to my time being wasted) - they will deliver the keys to my door.
