Personnel at Menlyn, Lynnwood and Kollonade Mr Price home lack customer relationstraining

We found on numerous occasions at various branches of Mr Price Home (Menlyn, Kollonade and Lynnwood) that the personnel was unhelpful, reluctant to look for stock, and very unhelpful when returning items even to the point of being rude. It seems as if Mr Price does not train their personnel to deal with customers with courtesy and respect.
