Paying for their lack of service

<p>I went to Mr Price home to get a birthday gift for my son, they didn't have stock in the size and colour I needed so I had to order it online and PAY to have it sent to the store that was out of stock and I am STILL waiting for it. My son's birthday is in 2 days and I still have to put it all together. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why am I penalised because they do not have stock?</p>
