Pathetic store in Potchefstroom!

So fed up with Mr Price Home in Potch! Other than the store always being dirty and very out dated, the service is absolutely pathetic! On Sundayb14 October, After going to pay for my items, I got to the counter and there was only one cashier busy with customers and a guy named Given (according to his colleague) working on a computer. After standing there for a while waiting for him to at least acknowledge me, he then called for cashiers over the intercom. When I asked him why EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there, I have to wait because there are never enough cashiers and they always have to call them. He answered and I quote: “they are all on the floor, and if you don’t like it, don’t come here!”. Now if that is what client service means to this guy, your store is in danger. AND when shopping in the store there is never enough people on the floor to help you! Absolutely disgusted! When I asked the cashier who eventually helped me where the manager was, he said there was no manager on duty? How does that work? So the staff can just treat clients like they want and say what they want because there is no manager?
