Pathetic service! Still no delivery after 20 days!
I am extremely disappointed with the service of Mr Price Home.
I placed an online order for a cooler box on 3 February 2026. Today is 23 February 2026, 20 days later, and I still have not received my order.
This is completely unacceptable. When customers shop online, we expect reasonable delivery times and proper communication. I have received no clear updates, no proper explanation for the delay, and no indication of when I can actually expect my order.
If there are delays, customers should be informed proactively. Instead, I am left waiting with no product and no accountability.
This level of service is pathetic and highly unprofessional. I would strongly reconsider ordering online from Mr Price Home again based on this experience.

As it turned out, the issue was not with the online department. The actual problem was at Mr Price Home Bredasdorp, where my parcel was never scanned in when it arrived at the store. As a result, it has been lying there for over a week without anyone notifying me or updating the system. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion.
