Pathetic Service & Shambles At MRP Home - Stay Away From Them !!!

Please stay away from doing online orders from MRP Home. I placed an online order with them which they eventually delivered but one of the products was the incorrect color. A large corporate like MRP does not provide you with contact numbers for complaints & all that their call center agents do is tell you that they are unable to assist & you have to send an e-mail to ***. I sent the e-mail & the consultant replies with a generic copy & paste response which calls for unnecessary stuff like the color of the product, etc.... All of which was stated on my mail which they clearly did not take the time to read... They also wanted a copy of the invoice (which surely they could pick up on their system as I purchased the products from them & also sent them the e-mail order confirmation that they sent to me) & wanted me to take pictures of the product & send back to them. All of this for their error on which they provided me with an incorrect product. Then they keep going and closing my tickets after 1 or 2 days stating matter resolved which is a total lie. It is impossible to chat to someone at MRP or escalate to a higher mandate. You call their customer care number during working hour & you get a recording starting that they are closed. I visited their branch in Gateway out of desperation to get some help & the supervisor called the customer care people but they keep saying the same thing that we must e-mail them. Even their own staff number was shaking her head with the customer care agent. I have since given them everything that they required but they have still not responded to me even after I sent them a follow up e-mail. Their voice recording states that you must contact them via Watsapp which is apparently quick, free and simple but is also totally incorrect. You send a Watsapp and then get a reply stating that they are experiencing high volumes of chat which may make your wait time a little longer... An hour later & I am still waiting. Never again will I or our company order from an *********** company like MRP Home. Bottom line, I am still waiting for my matter & their error to be resolved. I would gladly cancel the entire order if I could & re-purchase from a more reliable supplier. Stay away from them or purchase at your own peril !!!!
