Pathetic service Mr Price Home

Good day. I ordered furniture from Mr Price Home on 13/02/2024. They confirmed that the delivery date will be on 22/02/2024. On 22/02/2024 I received an email to confirm that the items would be delivered on the same day. There has been no delivery. I did not receive a telephone call, email or sms to confirm that the order has been delayed. There was no communication from Mr Price Home or the delivery company. This is not the first time I have had issues with Mr Price and items that need to be delivered. This customer service is pathetic. The order number with Mr Price Home is Order: ***.
