PATHETIC SERVICE FROM YOUR STAFF AT SANDTON AND ONLINE-***

<p>i placed an order online and when it was ready for pickup at the store i get there and the wrong product only to be told that it is my fault that i did not receive the queen sheet that i ordered in TURQOISE!the ladies at the store insisted that it is what i ordered despite showing them the order on my phone,they then called online and spoke to CHARMAINE,she is by far the rudest person that i have ever dealt with ever!my order including delivery was R74.99 and which is what i paid when Charmaine insists that i paid R45 even when i showed the girls in the store my bank statement,Charmaine continued to tell me that it isnt her problem that the sheet i ordered was out of stock hence they just decided to give me any sheet they saw fit for the same price,she continued insisting that i paid R3o for the sheet which is incorrect i paid r60 for the sheet excluding delivery charges,i then was so frustrated as i had a meeting at 12 and we were going back and forth discussing the same thing over and over that i even tually took the sheet and left,i want the correct sheet and i will return the polka dot sheet i received,also the ladies at your Sandton store are so rude because they all kept laughing and saying stuff in their language which i did not appreciate at all!!!!never will i order online from MRPHOME ever again and have already shared my views on the company with my colleagues and friends and they arent keen either</p>
