Pathetic service delivery

On the 1st of December 2024 I placed an order on their online platform and till to date I have not received my order. The expected date of deliverywas the 9th of December 2024. I've made numerous calls to their call centre and all they say is that they are unable to reach the courier company therefore they will escalate the matter. The call centre agents keep promising to do a follow up but I have not received any feedback. I spoke to a call centre manager today and she was not helpful. I have expressed my frustration but mr price staff don't put themselves in the customer's shoes, they do not care. These items are a gifts I bought for a baby shower that is taking place this weekend and now this means I have to attend the event without the gifts. This is my first time shopping online at mr price and will definitely be the last. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop on their site.
