Pathetic service and staff arrogance

We bought a bread bin this afternoon. When we got home we noticed that the bottom of the bin is damaged. We immediately drove back to the store to repot this. The manager and his staff said the cannot help perhaps we dropped oneself. Imagine driving for over 5 kilometers to report something that you know you broke it yourself...what a nerve. Am totally appalled by the service received...they even called security because I was arguing with them...please people be very aware of the items you buy at this store asyou will beforced to accept their damaged goods...pathetic. The manner in which the staff addressed the matter was as if we were stupid. So Cape Townians be warned!
