PATHETIC SERVICE

Such an TERRIBLE experience!

I made a purchase for a very expensive couch and was told it would be delivered with 5 to 7 working days. It is now day 9 and no delivery has been! I decided to call both the store and customer service line only to be assited by very rude untrained agents that offered nothing but pathetic reasons and poor service with no phone etiquette what so ever. After sending through proof of payment to the *********** bunch, I received no response and it is now my duty to follow up once again! I will NEVER EVER recommend Mr Price, their products, and/or services to anyone else ever again, I will in fact speak of this pathetic experience service received the next time I hear "Mr Price", so much for "brand authority", I am appalled and disgusted quite frankly!
