Pathetic service

On Wednesday the 21st of March I purchased some furniture from MRP Online. The following Monday I was told that the furniture would be delivered on Tuesday the 27th of March between 1 and 5pm. After being stuffed around, the furniture EVENTUALLY arrived at 6.20pm. As it was late, we arranged that the furniture would be assembled at 12.45pm on Wednesday the 28th. This was not the case, and the courier company arrived on Thursday at 2.30pm to assemble the furniture. Once they removed some of the items from the box, they noticed that one of the wooden boards were damaged. They said they would organize the replacement. It is now over a week later, and I have had no communication as to what is happening with m furniture. This service is absolutely pathetic, and I will certainly think twice about buying anything from MRP again.
