Pathetic service

I am still waiting for my money, you responded to me that your consultant will call me till today no call from you. So I decided to call you again I spoke to Sindisiwe she told me that I must wait for another 5 to 7working days after I waited again from the whole of last week. I submitted everything to Meeander and she even confirmed that I should get my my money within 7days which I waited and today I am being told to wait again for another 7 working days. I asked to speak to her I kept on holding until I got cut off... Meeander is delaying my payment for no reason what a pathetic service.
