Pathetic service

I went to Mr. Price in Witbank to return an item I got as a present (just needed the extra length). Because it was a present I did not have the slip, but it was in the original package. When I went to return it the lady was rude and told me that the item I want to return has been marked down from R160 to R50. The item I wanted to buy was R200. Which meant I had to pay R160 for the new item. Then the rude lady told me she would not give me a slip for the item I just paid R110 extra for. When I confronted her she started talking to me in her language, which is not right. I was not rude once or spoke in Afrikaans once!
