Pathetic "service"

<p>I placed an order which was delivered WAY late. To make up for this Mr Price gave me a R150 voucher to say sorry. So I thought I'd use the voucher. I ordered a duvet cover. Again waited more than 2 weeks. When I picked up my online order today I noticed that the R150 voucher was removed and that thwy charged me the full amount. When I questioned the amount the staff promptly told me that online problems aren't their problems. What **** is that?! I'm fed up with you. How much do you make on delivery fees when you don't even adhere to the times! Never again. </p>
