Pathetic service

<p>I posted a complaint. Inam not going to repeat myself. Jacqueline Beyl emails me requesting a picture and that she will assist. It has been a month. I have emailed her twice and NO RESPONSE. Nothing frustrates me more than imcomptence. Dont offer your help and then never respond. Can someone who actually is preparred to help sort this out! I want feedbac****!</p>
