Pathetic service

<p>Absolutely pathetic service given by thee employees of the Sandton City branch. I'm utterly appalled by the lack of service, unfriendliness and how slow they are to answer clear questions and give a solution. My question was clear in asking for a help with a gift register that they were reluctant to help me with. They said I should get a scanner of which they said they didn't have and unapologetically had no solution further. </p> <p>I would never recommend this branch to anyone. </p>
