PATHETIC SERVICE

i have been calling Mr Price since 09h00 at their Bluff Branch, on ***, the line is continously engaged, I called the clothing branch next door, and was advised that staff have been on the line to try later, I have tried, it is now 12h00 ans still engaged. In the interim I tried calling Pavillion branh on *** as per number listed on google, it rings, and cuts off, this has been going on for the past 3 hours, if this is the behaviour from a store like Mr Price, then they definitely do not deserve my money - I even mentioned this to the clothing branch, to no avail, seriously guys, and you complain that business is bad, its because you make it bad and chase customers away
