Pathetic customer services and incomplete product delivered!!

Rather shop somewhere else like Superbalist or @Home where you get customer service and you Save yourself a lot of phone calls and emails back and forth and your issue is still not resolved. They have *********** people sending incomplete products then it becomes your problem of returning the item and they couldn't care less!!!!
