Pathetic Customer Service

Customer service is pathetic!!!, After logging a query on Saturday the 30/05/2020 with Sindiswe, i have been waiting for resolution on an order. After having to call the contact centre again this time dealing with Berlin and responding to Sindiswe's email , no one can locate the correspondance, after resending it back to the same email , they found it. After missing the SLA and another agreed time to come back i am still awaiting resolution. The best part of this is they have taken my money and really have no concern in resolving the matter.
