Pathetic customer service

Extremely poor service from Mr Price online store. We placed an order 30th January and to date still have not received our products. 5 phone calls later, watsapp chat informed me it will be escalated and closed on his side. Being put on hold for 25 minutes at a time with nobody acknowledging me on hold. No communication or reply to emails sent. STILL NO PRODUCT STILL NO REFUND!!!! Very disappointed customer think hard before you order from Mr Price Home!!!!
